Which 2 countries in the world are the furthers distance apart in miles and KM and by air travel?
Ive been looking at GOOGLE earth and seeing which 2 countries or places on the world map are the furthers DISTANCE aprart, I know from London to Australia is about 24 hours by air inc refueling.
Any two countries that are antipodes of each other. The antipode of a point is the point directly opposite the other point on the globe. The UK-New Zealand answer is good, the antipode of any point in the UK is close to New Zealand.
Since the radius of the Earth is greatest at the equator, I’d go with two countries on opposite sides of the Earth at the equator: Colombia and Malaysia or Indonesia.

Bogota-Kuala Lumpur: 11,826 miles (19,033 km)
Since the circumference of the Earth (WGS-84) at the equator is about 40,075 km, the greatest possible distance is 20,037.5 km, so it could still go a little bit further.
Okay, here we go. My other choice was right, Indonesia. That must be about perfect, because it broke Convert Units! It’s showing 0 miles. I’ll just calculate the great circle distance based on their coordinates.

Jakarta: 6° 16′ 0″ S, 106° 48′ 0″ E
Great circle distance (Vincenty): 19802.5 km (12304.7 miles)
It could get a little further, not much, and it would be hard to find two more cities with international airports that were farther apart.

Underground Travel Income Method #2 – Travel Writing – Travel writing jobs for magazines are more common than you may imagine. However, there are LOADS of other ways to write as you travel and make money, including blogging, picking up projects from sites like Elance and Guru, and writing travel guides, both online and offline.
Underground Travel Income Method #3 – Selling Affiliate Products – Using a simple website, you can drive online traffic to a product that will be of interest to your online followers. Don’t be intimidated by this! It can be as easy as using your very own Facebook or Myspace profile. Affiliate products typically pay 50% to 75%, so you can make a very healthy income for selling just a few objects.
Underground Travel Income Method #4 – Filming Your Adventures – If you’ve got the camera out and you’re taking pictures, why not switch it to ‘film’ mode and make money from it? You simply make a video of your destinations using iMovie or Windows Movie Maker, then use your videos to create a customer base!
Underground Travel Income Method #5 – Podcasting – If filming scares you off or intimidates you, you can make an iTunes podcast. It is easier than ever to get listed in iTunes and there’s a HUGE audience of podcast listeners. Simply talk about the places you visit two or three times a week and watch how your following grows… and how your bank account grows!
Underground Travel Income Method # 6 – Ebay – The common misconception about Ebay is that you have to sell a physical product to make money. Here’s the trick: You can set up a fulfillment house to ship your product (or hire your little sister or the neighborhood kid). All you have to do is create your Ebay post from an internet café and collect the money!

Tread very carefully! This has all the warning signs of a scam. First off, I’m South African and I have never heard of a company called Centurion Oil & Gas and I work in the corporate industry. Out of curiosity I tried to look for a South African website of them, or any website for that matter, and I found nothing. Any company headhunting would at least be listed somewhere. Please read the below wikipedia link – if they ask for money from you at any time to pay for “visas” and such, even after your interview was successful, you can be certain it’s a scam. If it seems to good to be true, it probably is.
As an alternative google the largest companies in South Africa in the field you want to work in and go look on their website at the career possibilities. From there if they’re interested you can organize a visa yourself and take it from there. Good luck!
