can i use movie poster image in a movie review section of a publication?
i’m an editor of a local city-based community paper. the paper contains vital info on city tourism, travel guide, community work, etc. while it contains paid ads, it is distributed for free. we have a movie section where we have reviews of movies. can i use images of movies alongside the review? could this be covered by fair use?
I’m pretty sure you’d be fine, as long as you post a disclaimer of some kind in regards to the pictures.

What is the fastest and most secure way to sell a valuable vintage poster?
A few years ago, I invested in my first major piece of artwork – a Stan Galli vintage travel poster for United Air Lines. It’s the one he created for Las Vegas, and depicts a girl resembling Natalie Wood lying by the pool. At the time, I was given a great deal on it because I worked for the dealer ($800) but last time I checked with an appraiser, the value was $1200. It’s also framed and protected under glass.
I REALLY don’t want to risk selling it on eBay or Craigslist…any suggestions on how to sell it to a reliable dealer or collector?
