I would like to know about good vacation packages including tours. Not including air. No diving, snorkling or purely beach stuff. Some history and culture would be good. Are vacation packages to Mexico cheaper in the Summer months than during the Winter months?

if you want to go, book it now, if you go on a trip in early January it’s the cheapest time of year, summer will be the most expensive.
it’s based on demand- higher demand for a vacation in the summer= higher prices. the first week of January is the cheapest time in the year for flights, so I’d assume that it’s the same for most methods of vacationing. i wouldn’t wait for a ‘Last minute” deal- often times you have to pay extra fees just because your booking last minute.
